We use your information to review your coverage, prepare quotes, place and service policies with carriers, respond to your questions, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Documents you upload for a policy review are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are accessible only to licensed staff who need them to perform your review.

We share your information only as needed to serve you or as the law requires — for example, with the insurance carriers and underwriters we approach on your behalf, with service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), and with regulators or authorities when legally required. We require our service providers to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Prevent Insurance may send you messages about your quote requests, policies, renewals, documents, claims, and occasional marketing offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and aggregators acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages.

6. How long we keep your information
